What Addictiv does

Addictiv creates and manages ads in your own Meta ad account, at your request. Your ads, your billing and your results stay in your Meta account.

What we store

• Your email address, to sign you in.
• Your Meta access token, encrypted, so Addictiv can act in your ad account when you ask it to.
• The names and IDs of the ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account and pixel you choose to work with.
• The campaign details you enter, so you can see and repeat them.

What we do not store

• Your images and videos. They pass from your device to your Meta ad account and are not kept by us.
• Your payment details. Meta bills you directly.
• Your Facebook or Instagram password. You sign in with Meta, on Meta.

What we read from Meta

With your permission we read your ad accounts, business portfolios, Pages, Instagram accounts, pixels, campaigns and their results, to show them to you and to check that your setup can run ads. We do not sell this information or share it with anyone.

Delete your data

Email hello@addictiv.fm from the address you sign in with and we delete your account, your stored Meta token and your campaign details within 7 days. You can also remove Addictiv's access at any time in Facebook under Settings, Business integrations. Campaigns already in your Meta ad account are yours and stay there.
